Hi, I had a really bad experience with the support center of millions with internet membership program. They are really difficult to reach, never answer my concern and did not respect the garanty they offer to their customer. Those attitudes are really harmful for the internet business, it destroy the credibility of the seller and the confidence of the customer. I thought that Shawn Casey were more professional.
, I never had the felling that the support service was concern by my situation. I never receive any refund even after a month of trials of communication as they garanty it in the teleseminar.
